Shipping Information

Delivery charges are calculated at the time of ordering and are based on the overall weight of the parcel. We aim to despatch all goods within 3-5 working days, however, when we are in the height of our show season or at particular busy times this can change to 7-14 working days, especially at Christmas. If you are in need of your goods quickly please let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS A BUSINESS ADDRESS BEING SENT TO THE EU, THE COURIER WILL REQUIRE YOUR VAT AND EORI NUMBER TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER THE GOODS, IF THIS IS NOT PROVIDED YOUR PARCEL WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO US. ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO INFO@HIK9.COM WITH YOUR VAT AND EORI NUMBER.

UK Delivery

Courier Delivery £8, this covers up to 30kg so if you have friends or family who are wishing to order goods it is always worth combining to share the costs if you can. As a guide we can send 5 of our large sized beds for one courier charge. For orders under £30 you are charged £4.

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Jersey

Courier Delivery £15, this covers up to 30kg so if you have friends or family who are wishing to order goods it is always worth combining to share the costs if you can.
